Barbara E. Lee, 67, of Carrollton, Kentucky died on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
She was born on July 22, 1949 in Gallatin County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Harry Beach and Celia Marie (Julick) Brooks. She was a former assembler at the Kentucky Ladder Company in Carrollton. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her son, Robert Lee Taylor of Carrollton, Kentucky, a daughter, Frances Brooks of Ghent, Kentucky,a brother, Joe Brooks of Carrollton, Kentucky, and ten grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Howard Lee "June Bug" Taylor on November 27, 2016, five sisters, Hattie Marie Deana Proctor, Alberta Seniours, Geraldine Walker, Linda Ann Reynolds and Ive Louise Miller, three brothers, Carl Brooks, Sr., Thomas William Brooks and Elmer William Beach, Sr.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home

Funeral
Graveside Services will be on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, Kentucky with the Rev. Rusty Bennett officiating the service.
Interment
I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
