Berneice Tomlinson

Berneice E. Tomlinson, 91, of Carrollton, KY departed this life on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Signature Healthcare of Carrollton.  She was born in Covington, Kenton County, KY on October 11, 1928 to Thadeus B. and Stella Reams Hilton.  She was a member of the Dean Memorial United Methodist Church in Worthville, KY and retired from the housekeeping department of General Butler State Resort Park.  Berneice also served many years on the Worthville Fire Department Auxiliary and was a member of the Butler Cloggers.

Those left to mourn her passing include a daughter; Melanie Stewart of Carrollton, KY, a son; Harold “Shorty” Tomlinson and his wife Sandy of Carrollton, KY, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, 5 great- great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Harold Tomlinson, a sister; Eva Mae Schultz and three brothers; Walter “Dewey” Hilton, Sol Hilton and James Elmo Hilton.

Rev. Pat Butcher and Rev. Ron Tiller will officiate services.
