Betty J. (Lewellyn) Wallace, 65, of Carrollton, KY., died on Monday afternoon, November 24, 2008 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on October 12, 1943 in Worthville, Carroll County, KY., the daughter of the late Eldie and Christine (Moscoe) Lewellyn. Betty was a Homemaker.
She will be missed by her husband; David Wallace, brothers; Donald and Eldie Lewellyn both of Carrollton, KY., Charles Harrell of Carrollton, KY., sisters; Anna Ballard of Carrollton, KY., Kathy Stevens of York, PA., Alice Bethel of Carrollton, KY., and Sue Carol Kidwell of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter; Kimberly Ann Wallace in April 16, 2008. a brother; William Harold Lewellyn.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Stan Reedy officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
