Betty Waters

Betty was born in Trenton, NJ to Felix Price and Lucille Grow Cole. Her father preceded her in death. She is the retired office manager for the Carroll County Vocational School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton where she was active in many of its organizations.

Her survivors include her husband, Fred Waters, a daughter, Karen Waters Combs and her husband Danny of Georgetown, KY and a son, Keith Waters and his wife Sandra of Lexington, KY, her mother, Lucille Grow Cole of Lexington, a brother, Carl Price Cole of Lexington, KY and 4 grandchildren, Meghan and Kristen Waters and Hayley and Lindsey Combs.

Funeral services will be officiated by the Rev. Chris White.
