Billy Ray Osburne, 74, of Walton, KY., died on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY.
He was born on September 28, 1937 in Owen County, KY., the son of the late Charles Clifford Osburne and Mary Helen Cottrell Osburne. He was a retired supervisor with the O.E.M. Electrical Company. He was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Leshia Castle of Ghent, KY., a son, William C. Osburne of Walton, KY., seven step-children, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his former wife, Gertrude Osburne and one step-child.
Funeral Services were on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY. The Rev. Chris White officiated the service.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
