Billy Joe Plew, 68, of Worthville, KY., died on Saturday, Janaury 24, 2009 in Charlestown, IN.
He was born on July 2, 1940 in Carroll County, KY., the son of the late Frankie and Dorothy (Brown) Plew. Billy was a farmer and a member of the Worthville Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard in the Carrollton Battery A.
Billy and Saundra Willett were united into marriage on August 29, 1964.
Billy will be missed by his wife; Saundra (Willett) Plew, two daughters; Tammy (Donald) Hawkins and Jennifer (Larry) Kindoll both of Worthville, KY., two sisters; Francine (Bobby) Westrick of Carrollton, KY., and Lana Mazza of Worthville, KY., grandchildren; Brittany, Allison and Hannah Kindoll, Heather and Samantha Westover, Kailey and Kylie Filacchioney.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services were on Wednesday, Janaury 28, 2009 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Worthville Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
