He is survived by his Parents, two Brothers, Ezekiel Kane Lewis of Carrollton, KY, Nathaniel Shane Brown of Covington, KY, two Sisters, Ablivia Sky Lewis of Carrollton, KY, and Anastasia Marie Lewis of Carrollton, KY, Maternal Grandmother, Betty Jean Sherman of Milton, KY, Paternal Grandfather, Orville Allen of Carrollton, KY, Paternal Grandmother, Cheryl Allen of Owenton, KY.
Funeral Services were on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the Ghent Baptist Church with the Rev. Graham Reynolds officiating the service. Visitation was from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the church. Burial was in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY.
