Brayden Edgar Lewis, age 5, of Carrollton, KY, died on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the Home of the Innocents in Louisville, KY. He was born on January 15, 2009 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY.
He is survived by his parents - Ryan David Lewis and Roni Miranda Leshay O'Banion of Carrollton, KY, three brothers - Blake Jones, Trenton Jones and Kailem Lewis all of Carrollton, KY, Maternal Grandparents - Ruby O'Banion of Carrollton, KY and Ronnie O'Banion of Carrollton, KY, Paternal Grandparents - Debbie LaPorte of Burlington, KY and Randy Lewis of Carrollton, KY, Maternal Great Grandmother - Rosemary McCormick of Ghent, KY, Paternal Great Grandmother - Clair Noble of Carrollton, KY. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Great Grandfather - Thomas McCormick and Paternal Great Grandfather - Marvin Lewis.
The Rev. Jim England, Chaplain for Courageous Kids officiated the services on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton.
