Cadence would have been the first born child of Andrew Doyle Clark and Mariah Danae Puckett, of Vevay, IN; her maternal grandfather, Edsel Puckett of Carrollton, KY; maternal grandparents, James and Angela Foutty of Carrollton, KY; her paternal grandparents, Kevin and Reva Clark of Lexington, IN; and Ralph and Valerie Dean of Madison, IN; her maternal great grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. E.D. Puckett of Carrollton, KY; her maternal great grandmother, Louauna Dryden of Carrollton, KY; maternal great grandparents, James and Debbie Dryden of Carrollton, KY; paternal great grandparents, Bill and Rosemary Sullivan of Madison, IN; and paternal great grandfather, Arthur Clark of Madison, IN.
She was preceded in death by her great paternal grandmother, Brenda Clark.
Funeral Services will be conducted privately in accordance with the family’s wishes.
