Carolina Smith Williams, 66, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on December 29, 1944 in Trimble County, KY., the daughter of the late Marion and Mary Ruth Harmon Smith. Mrs. Williams was a Homemaker and participated in the Carrollton Senior Citizens Group. She was of the baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughters, Sheila O'Neal and Cindy Deaton both of Carrollton, KY., two sisters, Lillian Krohn and Peggy Clay both of Carrollton, KY., ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Ray Williams and two sons, Rodney Kevin Williams and Darrell Ray Williams.
Funeral Services were on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. with the Rev. Graham Reynolds officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
