Carolyn Irene Holliday, 71, of Worthville, KY., died on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at her residence.
She was born on April 12, 1940 in Newport, Campbell County, KY., the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Hammond Deaton. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Holliday of Worthville, KY., a daughter, Tina Marie Meece of Worthville, KY., two sons, James and Tim Smith of Worthville, KY., two sisters, Dorothy Conley of Taylormill, KY., and Hazel Murphy of Alexandria, KY., a brother, Edward Deaton of Worthville, KY., ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Kimberly Fern Smith and a son, George Smith.
Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris White officiating the service. Visitation will be from Noon until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Worthville Cemetery in Worthville, KY.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
