Carolyn Morris

Carolyn Mae "Granny" Morris, 74, of Sanders, Kentucky, died on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky.
She was born on August 1, 1942 in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, the daughter of the Robert Lee Cooper and Eileen Bauer Cooper. She was retired machine operator from the former M & T Chemical Company (now PMC Organometallix, Inc.) in Carrollton, Kentucky. She was a sixteen year breast cancer survivor and was known to be a very giving person and have a big heart.
She is survived by her husband, James Corbin Morris of Sanders, Kentucky, four daughters, Wanda Lee ( Phillip) Dalhover of Sanders, Kentucky, Lana Dea Jiles of Sanders, Kentucky, Jamie Ann Brooks of Big Bone, Kentucky, Peggy Sue (Kevin) Raines of Sanders, Kentucky, a son, Robert Edward "Robbie" (Carol) Morris of Verona, Kentucky, a brother, Eddie Cooper of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, a half brother, Billy Sowder of Atlanta, Georgia and several grand and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, James Corbin Morris, and a brother, Robert Lee Cooper.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

A Graveside Service - 2:00 P.M. - Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the Napoleon Cemetery in Gallatin County, Kentucky.
