Carolyn Sue Poland
June 1, 1969 — October 23, 2005
Carolyn, age 36, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday at the Gallatin Health Care Center in Warsaw, KY. She was a former admitting clerk for Carroll County Hospital and a member of Ghent Baptist Church.
Survivors include her Son, Dennis Ray Orme, Jr. of Owenton, KY, her Mother, Patricia Ann McCormick Mefford of Carrollton, Ky, her Father and Step-Mother, Jerry Lee and Evie Mefford of Wheatley, Ky, two Sisters, Karla Ann (Cecil) Beach of Carrollton, Ky and Kandi Lynn (Nick) Groves of Carrollton, Ky, a Brother, Cameron (fiance - Stephanie Wright) Mefford of Carrollton, Ky. Also surviving are her Maternal Grandmother and Step-Grandfather, Doshie and Wayne Sanders of Carrollton, her Maternal Grandfather and Step-Grandmother, Ernest C "Buck" and Jane McCormick of Carrollton, Ky, her companion, Dennis Ray Orme, Sr. of Owenton, Ky, one niece and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Webb and Christine Mefford.
Services will be officiated by Rev. Matt Dye of Dallasburg Baptist Church.
Memorial Gifts may be made to the "Make A Wish" Foundation in care of the funeral home.
