Carroll Stangle

Carroll Stangle, 84, of Carrollton, KY, died on Monday, March 13, 2017 at his residence in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on November 10, 1932 in Campbellsburg, Henry County, KY, the son of the late John T. Stangle and Goldie B. Moore Stangle. He was the first teacher at the New Carroll County Vocational School after the new school opened, having taught Auto Mechanics. He retired in 1986 after 20 Years of teaching. He supported the community youth by teaching guitar lessons. He had served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He attended Carrollton Wesleyan Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Meadows Stangle, three daughters, Lisa Kyle, Carlotta Walls and Terri McKay, a son, Curtiss Stangle, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Stangle.
