Charles Eaves

Charles Glenn “Charlie” Eaves, 71, of Ghent, KY, died on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at his home in Ghent, KY.

He was born on August 11, 1948 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of the late Louis and Lillian Darbro Eaves.   He had served his Country proudly in the United States Army after high school during the Viet-Nam War Era. He had worked for Atofina Chemical in Carrollton and had retired on September of 2003 as a Safety Trainer.  He was of the Baptist Faith.

Some of his memberships included the N.F.L.C.C. and the N.R.A.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, fishing and hunting and enjoyed his Cats.

He is survived by his wife, Fay Rose Eaves, to whom he married on November 15, 1986.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Knox officiating the service.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY.
