Charles Looney

Charles C. Looney, 74, of Tyler, TX., formerly of Bedford, KY., died on Friday, June 5, 2009 in Tyler Texas.
He was born in Lee County, VA., on May 21, 1935 the son of the late Clarence R. and Pearl Rowe Looney. He was a former die setter for Trane Industries and a U.S. Marine Corp. Veteran. He was a member of the Brownsboro Assembly of God Church.
He is survived two sons; Anthony Looney of Maxton, NC., and Michael Looney of Raleigh, NC., a daughter; Annette Hopkins of New Liberty, KY., two step daughters; Hazel Willhoite of Carrollton, KY., and Mary Evans of Tyler, TX., two step sons; Randy and Gene Stewart both of Carrollton, KY., 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation is from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
