Charles Edward Wilson, SR., 67, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, March 11, 2016 at his residence in Carrollton, KY He was born on October 29, 1948 in Worthville, KY, the son of the late Robert Wilson and Anna Lewis Wilson.. He was a retired factory worker at the former Rich Ladder Company in Carrollton. He was of the Baptist faith. He served his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his three sons, Kerry Wilson of Carrollton, KY, Charles Wilson, JR. of Ghent, KY, and Billy Wilson of Carrollton, KY, a daughter, Mary Wilson of Carrollton, KY, three sisters, Margaret Vannarsdall of Scottsburg, IN, Jeanette Wolfe of Oaktown, IN, and Shirley Perry of Scottsburg, IN, and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. Wilson and a brother, Robert Wayne Wilson. No immediate services are planned at this time. Cremation has been chosen by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home to help with the funeral home expense. The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
