Chip Rose, 17, died on Thursday evening, July 28, 2007 at the Greeen Valley Health and Rehab. Center in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on July 17, 1989 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN., the son of Edgar R. "Eddie" Rose and the late Melvalina May (Dulin) Rose. He was a junior at Trimble County High School before an accident over a year ago.
Chip is survived by his father; Edgar R. "Eddie" Rose of Bedford, KY., and one brother; Ricky Rose of Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his mother on June 10, 2005.
Funeral Services were conducted on Monday, July 2, 2007 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Wade officiating the service. Burial followed the service at the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, KY.
Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
