Christopher S. Simmons, 28, of Carrollton, KY., died on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at his residence in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on June 12, 1983 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY., the son of Thomas D. "Tommy" Simmons and Judy K. Forwood Simmons of Ghent, KY. He was a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton.
He is survived by his parents, three sisters, Peggy Dickerson of Worthville, KY., Jackie Simmons of Ghent, KY., and Mary Dayton of Tennessee, two brothers also survive, Paul Simmons of Ghent, KY., and Harry Mercer of Bedford, KY. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Noon with the Rev. Lyn Powell officiating the service at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until Noon on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Cremation has been chosen by the family.
