Clarence Thomas "Tom" Roberts, 72, died on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at his residence in Carrollton, KY.
Mr. Roberts was born in Lexington, Fayette County, KY., on July 7, 1940 the son of Hallie Opal Tolliver Robbins. He was retired from the maintenance department of the Trimble County Board of Education and a U.S. Marine Veteran of Vietnam Era.
Survivors include his wife: Lucy Rae Payton Roberts, a son - Clarence Randall Roberts of Carrollton, KY, 2 half-sisters: Sondra Giles of Union, KY and Cathy Hughes of Carrollton, KY, 2 step-brothers: Richard Robbins of Carrollton, KY and Larry Robbins of Sanders, KY, a step grandson - James Kyle Housefield of Carrollton, KY. He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother - Harold Robbins.
Funeral Services were on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Faith Community Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Doll officiating the service. Burial was in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, IN.
