Daniel Warren Lewis, 27, of Carrollton, KY., died on Friday evening, August 26, 2011 at his home in Carrollton.
He was born on December 26, 1983 in Covington, Kenton County, KY., the son of Randy Gene Lewis of Carrollton, KY., and Lisa Jane Kurtz Stull of Dry Ridge, KY. He was a roofer and construction worker.
He is survived by his daughter, Destiny Lewis of Tennessee, four brothers, Gary LaPorte of Burlington, KY., Damien Lewis of Latonia, KY. and Bryan and Ryan Lewis of Carrollton, KY., a sister, Alicia LaPorte of Latonia, KY. His parents also survive him.
Funeral Services were on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center. In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
