David Dixon, 62, of Carrollton, KY., died on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on September 25, 1945 in Henry County, KY., the son of Perry and Fannie (Downey) Dixon. He was a Factory Worker and a Farm Laborer.
He is survived by his wife Wife - Dorothy "Dottie" Raisor Dixon, a Daughter - Debbie Wright - Carrollton, KY., Sisters - Mattie Mertz - Carrollton, KY.,Mary Dixon - Carrollton, KY., Julie McCormick - Carrollton, KY., Martha Frazier - Carrollton, KY., Nell Mahoney - New Castle, KY.Brothers - Robert Dixon - Carrollton, KY., William "Bill" Dixon - Carrollton, KY.,Charles "Shorty" Dixon - New Castle, KY., John Dixon - New Castle, KY., a Half Brother -Wheeler Woods - New Castle, KY. and Three Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Graveside Services were on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Point Pleasant Cemetery in Henry County, KY. The Rev. Stan Reedy officiated the service.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
