Debbie Ingram Kemper

Debbie Ingram Kemper, age 63, of Carrollton, Ky., passed away on April 25, 2023, at her home. She was born on September 20, 1959, in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, to George Thomas and Eva Lee Baxter Ingram. Debbie was a member of the Carrollton Wesleyan Church and a homemaker. Debbie loved the Lord and talking to people, and she never met a stranger. She was born in Carrollton, but her heart loved Berea!

Left to mourn her passing are her husband, David Scott Kemper; her daughter, Norma LeeAnn “Annie” (Roy) Stafford of Ghent, KY; her two sisters, Donna J. (Perry) Clifton of Carrollton, KY; and Dana M. Ingram of Carrollton, KY, her only grandchild; Jacob Lane Stafford, a cousin who was like a brother; Jeff Ingram of Berea, KY; and three nephews, Cody Clifton of Bowling Green, Ky; Logan Nelson of Carrollton, Ky; and Seth Nelson of Carrollton, Ky. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Eva Ingram.

Memorial gifts may take the form of contributions to The Carroll County Food Pantry, in care of the funeral home.
