Debra Higgins

Debra Sue (Hugeback) Higgins, 63, of Carrollton, KY died Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Emergency Room at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Madison, Jefferson County, IN to Harold Francis and Evelyn Marie (Norris) Hugeback.  She was a Roman Catholic, Cook #1 for 15 years at General Butler State Resort Park in Carrollton, KY and thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren.

Survivors include; two daughters, Shannon Marie Higgins and Stacey Renee’ Higgins both of Carrollton, KY and a son, Michael Paul (Janet) Higgins of Carrollton, KY, two sisters, Joann Frederick of Fayetteville, AR and Mary T. Wells of Carrollton, KY, a brother, John F. “Sonny” Hugeback of Jacksonville, NC, two grandchildren, Christopher Michael Higgins and Dawn Marie Higgins both of Carrollton, KY.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Michael Allen Higgins and a brother, Harold Edward “Buddy” Hugeback.
