Delba Kathleen "Kay" Kendall, 71, died on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on January 5, 1940 in Carrollton, KY., the daughter of the late William Luther and Josephine "Josie" Ogburn Kendall. She was a Graduate of Carroll County High School. She was a retired bookkeeper for Southern States Farm Bureau after 32 years of service.
She is survived by her sister, Betty Puckett of Carrollton, KY., a niece Mindy Puckett, and two nephews, Glynn and Billy Puckett.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Services were on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Ison officiating the service. Burial was in the English Cemetery near Carrollton, KY.
