Dennis Linn Faler, 65, of Lockport, Henry County, KY, died on Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on January 7, 1951 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH, the son of the late Paul and Betty Pataky Faler. He and his wife had owned a game preserve on their farm in Lockport for eight years until they closed it in 2013. He had worked as a Forklift Operator and int eh Warehouse and Assembly Line for the Philip Morris Company in Louisville, KY, for twenty three years. His hobbies included fishing and hunting. He was of the Catholic faith.
He will be missed by his wife of twenty seven years, Judy Chilton Faler of Lockport, KY; a son, Jonathan Faler of Ghent, KY, two daughters, Julia Fogle of Richmond, KY; and Jennifer Faler of Lexington, KY; two brothers, Paul (Donna) Faler of Leitchfield, KY; and Mike (Daphne) Faler of Orofino, ID; a sister, Rosie Layton of Sparta, MO; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation
Visitation will be on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Funeral
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Interment
Burial will be in the Franklinton Cemetery in Franklinton, Henry County, KY.
