Dian Chapman

Dian D. Chapman, 57, of Worthville, KY, died on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at her residence in Worthville, KY.

She was born on June 15, 1964, in Wills Point, TX, the daughter of the late Billy Jo Wallace and Wanda Wallace.  Dian had worked as a caregiver and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her son,  Sam Vines of Worthville, KY, three sisters, Patty Airel of Wylie, TX, Janice Butler of Terrell, TX, and Rena Ethredge of Kaufman, TX, four brothers, Ralph Wallace, Bubba Wallace, Ronald Wallace and Bill Wallace, all of Texas, a granddaughter, Gracie Lou Chandler of Worthville, KY.

Dian was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Don Chapman, a son, Ruben Vines, a daughter, Teresa Wallace, brothers, Ricky, Mike, and Kenneth Wallace.

A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
