Donald M. Chapman, 74, of Worthville, KY., died Sunday morning, April 21, 2007 at the Carroll County Regional Medical Center in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on November 25, 1932 in Glencoe, KY., the son of the late Walter and Grace (Gayle) Chapman. He was a retired factory worker from American National Can Co. in California. Donald was a member of the Worthville Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife; Dian (Wallace) Chapman of Worthville, KY., his step-mother; Gladys (Chapman) Breeden of Carrollton, KY., sons; Robert Perry Chapman and Donald Russell Chapman address's unknown, step-son; Samuel Vines of Worthville, KY., brother; Walter Chapman of Eastland, W.V., half-sister; Wanda Chriss of Worthville, KY., half-brother; Chester Eugene Chapman of Carrollton, KY., and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother; Lloyd Chapman in 1990, a half-brother; Russell B. "Barney" Chapman in 2006.
Funeral Services were conducted on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel Santos officiating the service. Cremation was chosen by the family.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
