Donald R. Shay, 71, died on November 19, 2013 in Columbus, IN.
Donald Shay was born in Shelbyville, KY to Charles Rick Shay and Janite Devore Shay who preceded him in death. Mr. Shay was a retired welder/machinist. He was a member of the catholic faith.
Mr. Shay is survived by a daughter, Melissa Lynn Gordon of Indianapolis, IN and a son, Thomas Richard Shay of Bedford, KY., 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Walker Shay, 2 brothers and a sister, Viola Mae Walker.
Funeral Services were on Friday, November 22, 2013 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, KY.
