Dorothy Buckner

Dorothy Nell Buckner, 89, of Carrollton, KY, died Wednesday morning at Signature Health Care in Carrollton. She was born in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY on February 25, 1928 to James Vivian and Erma Gertrude Murray Martin. She was a member of the Carrollton Christian Church, was a homemaker and mother and enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles.

Survivors include; two daughters, Janice K. (Roger) Chilton of Campbellsburg, KY and Julie B. (Mike) Lewis of Sanders, KY, three brothers, James K. Martin, Gerald G. Martin and Tommy R. Martin all of Bowling Green, KY, seven grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walker T. Buckner II and a son, Walker T. “Buck” Buckner III.
