Dorothy Cook, 87, of Columbus, OH, died on Monday, August 14, 2017 at her residence in Columbus, OH.
She was born on April 6, 1930 in English, Carroll County, KY, the daughter the late Harry Sullivan and Kathleen (Booth) Sullivan. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Harley Cook of Columbus, OH, two daughters, Linda K. (Carlos) Santurio and Christy A. (Robert Andrew) Lyles, all of Columbus, OH, a brother, Steve Sullivan of Campbellsburg, KY, a granddaughter, Lindsey Kathleen Lyles, and her fiancé’ Johnathon Yantis of Columbus, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Billy and Jim Andy Sullivan.
Burial will be in English Cemetery, near Carrollton, KY.
