Douglas Beverly

Douglas Lewis “Doug” Beverly, age 69, of Carrollton, KY died Friday, September 8, 2017 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born in Owenton, Owen County, KY on September 7, 1948 to Chester Lee and Anna Katherine Stewart Beverly.  Doug was a member of Hopewell Community Church and a partner for many years in B&B Remodeling in Carrollton, KY.

Survivors include: a daughter, April Harmon of Carrollton, KY, two sons, Shawn Beverly and John Clapp both of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Janice Spencer of Carrollton, KY, a brother, Jerry Beverly of Bedford, KY and two grandchildren, Matthew Boyd and Emma Beverly both of Carrollton, KY.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Joyce Ann Beverly (2014), a sister, Freda Cottrell and a brother, Robert Gene Beverly.
