Ella B.Bird of Milton, KY., died on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at the Signature Health Care of Trimble County in Bedford, KY.
She was born on September 18, 1924 in Eagle Station, Carroll County, KY., the daughter of the late Lew B. Southworth and Bettie Jane Sutherland Southworth. She was retired from Reliance Electric Company in Madison, IN., as an assembly line worker. She was a member of the Whites Run Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Gary Pyles of Carrollton, KY., several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Brenda Edwards, her infant son, Larry Thomas Pyles and three brothers, James, Leonard and Perry Lee Southworth.
Graveside Services were on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. The Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister will officiate the service.
