He was born on December 22, 1980 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of Johnny Martin of Trimble County, KY, and Cindy Mahoney Martin of Carrollton, KY. He was disabled and of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his parents, three sons, Seth, Evan and Alexander Mahoney of Sidney, OH, his step-father, Mike Proctor of Carrollton, KY, brothers, Samuel Proctor of Carrollton, KY, Jarod Proctor of Carrollton, KY, Josh Martin of Carrollton, KY, Brandon Martin of Carrollton, KY, his aunt, Lisa Mahoney of Carrollton, KY, uncle, Jeff Mahoney of Carrollton, KY, and Cousin Zach Mahoney of Carrollton, KY.
Funeral Services were on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. with the Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister officiating the service.
