Ernestine Raisor Vories, 66, of Carrollton, KY., died on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at the Carroll County Hospital.
Ernie was born in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY on November 24, 1942 to the late Earnest B. and Jeannette Bladen Raisor. She retired after 20 years as owner of the Carrollton Insurance Agency, was a member of the Red Hat Society and for many years she was a librarian for the Bookmobile in Carroll County.
Survivors include her husband, George, 3 sons; Mitch Vories of Carrollton, KY, Mike Vories of Charleston, SC and Matt Vories of Carrollton, KY, two sisters; Donna Jeter of Cincinnati, OH and Marie Fitzgerald of Madison, IN, a brother; Dale Raisor of Carrollton, KY and 9 grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Stan Reedy officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
