Frank Glynn Puckett, SR., 66, of Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, died on Tuesday,August 19, 2014 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born July 31, 1948
in Rayville, Richland Parish, LA, the son of the late William Corbet Puckett, SR., and Iola Mae Moser Puckett. He was retired from L & N Railroad after 19 years of service. He was currently a Day Counselor for North Key Community Care in Carrollton. He was a member of the Landmark Apostolic Bible Church in Madison, IN. He received an Associate Degree in Business from the University of Kentucky. In his spare time enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Betty Irene Kendall Puckett of Carrollton, two sons, Frank Glynn (Buffy) Puckett, JR. of Bedford, KY, and William Kendall (Melissa) Puckett of Carrollton, KY, a daughter, Mindy Joy Kathleen Puckett of Carrollton, KY, three brothers, Rev. Edsel D. Puckett of Carrollton, KY, Rev. William C. Puckett, JR., of Minden, LA, and Ronald C. Puckett of Stanford, KY, two sisters, Bettye R. Zwosta of Hillsboro, KY, and Wanda G. King of Minden, LA, seven grandchildren, Jonathan T.G. Puckett of Bedford, KY, William Kendall Puckett, II. of Carrollton, KY, Heather Nicole Puckett of Bedford, KY, Kameron Lee Puckett of Carrollton, KY, Kallen David Puckett of Carrollton, KY, McKenna Josephine Yang Liu Puckett of Carrollton, KY and Makayla Huai Rui Lane Puckett of Carrollton, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Rev. Daniel A. Puckett and a sister, Lillian Nell Perry. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at theRelevant Churchin Carrollton with the Rev. Greg Ison officiating the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Friday at the Relevant Church in Carrollton. Burial will be in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY. Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
