Franklin B. "Frank" Dermon, age 79, of Carrollton, KY died Monday, October 27, 2014 at his home. He was born on January 11, 1935 in Ghent, Carroll County, KY to Beverly and Margaret Miller Dermon, who preceded him in death. He retired in 1997 from B&LS Construction Company in Bedford, IN and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
His survivors include: his wife - Frances Bickers Dermon, two sons; Jeffery Allen (Joan) Dermon of Carrollton, KY and Bryan Keith (Amy) Dermon of Carrollton, KY, two sisters; Bertha New of Lebanon, OH and Margie Beach of Carrollton, KY, three brothers; Paul Dermon of Carrollton, KY, Billy Dermon of Sanders, KY and Bobby Dermon of Frankfort, KY, seven grandchildren; Deric, Kyle, Mitch, Matt, Alyssa, Andree, Case Dermon and 2 great grandchildren; Hayley, Kyley Dermon.
Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister officiated the funeral service on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
