Gladys Frances Louden Osborne, 88, a lifelong resident of English, KY, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on April 29, 1932 in Turners Station, Henry County, KY, the daughter of the late William B. Louden and Addie Mae Hunter Louden. She was a homemaker, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
She will be missed by her two sons; Charles Timothy “Tim” (Stephanie) Osborne of Carrollton, KY, and Mark Anthony (Karen) Osborne of Carrollton, KY four grandchildren; Chase, Cody, Baily and Emily Osborne all of Carrollton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles William Osborne on April 1, 2016, four sisters; Dorothy Johnson, Bessie Payton, Evelyn Rae Davis and Joyce Berry, and a brother; William B. Louden, Jr.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting our building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy. We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and request that attendees please wear a face covering.
