Glenda Faye Breeden, 59 of Bedford, KY., died on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born in Garrard County, KY., on March 19, 1950, the daughter of the late John Calvin and Willa Mae Graham Preston. Glenda was a shoe department manager for Wal-Mart and a member of the Valley Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband; Clarence Dean Breeden of Bedford, KY., her step-mother; Joyce Preston of Lexington, KY., daughters; Ameila May Hall of Bedford, KY., and Berta G. Turner of Madison, IN., a son; James Clarence Breeden of Bedford, KY., sisters; Kim Preston and Denita Parker of Lexington, KY., brothers; John Preston of Bradenton, FL., Eddie Preston of Smyrna, GA., Pete Derringer of Lexington, KY., and Shane Preston of Lexington, KY., seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother; Willie Preston.
Funeral Services were Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Patton officiating the service. Burial was in the Squiresville Cemetery near Perry Park, KY.
