Grace Frazier

Grace Lee Popp Frazier, 87, of Carrollton, KY, died on Saturday, January 23, 2021 peacefully at her home in Carrollton, KY.

She was born in the small community of Defoe located in Henry County, KY, on July 21, 1933, the daughter of the late Ezra Popp and Ethel Charity Frazier Popp.  Throughout her long life she held many titles including homemaker and mother raising her large family.  She loved cooking for the farm hands on the family farm throughout the years.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Some of her favorite things in her spare time included working on her puzzle books, crocheting, and watching a good John Wayne Western.

She will be missed by her three sons; Ralph Frazier of Worthville, KY, Billy Frazier of Carrollton, KY, and Ronnie Frazier and his wife, Lisa of Lawrenceburg, KY, three daughters; Marjorie Cox and her husband, Paul of Bedford, KY, Judy Reed and her companion, Clyde Beach of Worthville, KY and Sylvia Riley and her husband, Brian of Bedford, KY, a sister; Margie Popp Tilley of Carrollton, KY, twenty four grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great - great  grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband; Ralph Julius Frazier and her second husband; Maurice Crawford, two daughters; infant Rose Frazier and Patricia Ann Frazier Sanders, a son; Joseph Frazier, a sister; Shirley Lilly McDole, three brothers; James Edward Popp, William Bailey Popp and Lyndon Wesley Popp.

Due to Gov. Andy Beshear’s Covid19 mandates, Social Distancing will be observed and all visitors must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.
