Gracie Mae Collins, age 4 months, 27 days, died on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. She is the daughter of Mark Eugene (Jr.) and Chelsea Dawn (Rosenbaum) Collins, born August 7, 2017 in Louisville, KY. She attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church near Perry Park, KY.
She is survived by her parents, her sister, Issabella Lynn Collins of Eminence, KY, brothers, Aiden Ryan Bates of Carrollton, KY and Mark Eugene Collins III of Eminence, KY, grandparents, Steve (Pappy) and Tina (Grammy) Rosenbaum and Mark and Gail (Mammaw) McDonald, Mark (Papa) and Amanda Collins, Mama Mary and Papa Earl, great-grandparents, Melvin and Lillian Krohn, Eddie and Sue Deaton, Dorothy and Dan Goen, Uncles and Aunts, Dustin Rosenbaum, Arielle Columbia, Mandy and Greg Purvis, Jake and Brandy Weaver, Sam and Cassie Proctor, Hunter Rosenbaum and many cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by, Grandfather, Papa Tony Deaton, Great Grandparents, Roy and Ora Mae Taulbee, Papa John Rosenbaum, Great Grandparents Charlie and Margie Collins and Uncle Stephen Rosenbaum II.
