Harley B. Ogburn, 92, died on Tuesday, July 20, 2011 at his residence in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on January 4, 1919 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY., the son of the late Ernest and Katie Lee Croxton Ogburn. He was a retired construction worker and a member of the Relevant Church in Carrollton.
Mr. Ogburn is survived by his wife, Stella Mae Miller Ogburn, a daughter, Joyce Coffey of Loveland, OH., a son, Donald Ogburn of Frankfort, KY., a sister, June Ball of Versailles, IN., three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Carrie Tingle, Bertha Cull, Dorothy Harmon, Lula Stewart, Nanny Haymonds and One infant sister, Bessie Ogburn, Brothers, Ernest, Clifford, Tommy, Leslie and Robert Ogburn.
Funeral Services were on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Relevant Church in Carrollton with the Rev. E.D. Puckett and Rev. Rusty Bennett officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
