Harold Scott

Harold Scott, 59, of Worthville, KY., died on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on August 22, 1948 in Switzerland County, IN., the son of the late Colon Vernon Scott and Peggy Faust Scott. He was a Cement Plaster and Mason for Union Local 132 out of Cincinnati, OH. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include his wife; Rose M. Scott, a step-daughter; Roxanne Aquin of Honolulu, HI., a step-son; Eric Rodrigues of Maui, HI., sisters; Phyllis Smith of Stratford, OK., Harriet Colello of Worthville, KY., Frances Teague of Columbia, KY., Martha Wainscott of Dillsboro, IN., a brother; Pryor James Scott of Erlanger, KY., two half-sister; Bonnie Roland of Cherokee, AL., and Patty Wilburn of Warsaw, KY., six grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, a step-son; David Rodrigues, a sister; Harriette Louise Scott, a infant sister; Nellie Louise Scott and a half brother; James Vernon Scott.

Memorial Services were on Sunday, 17, 2008 at the Gratz Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Gratz, KY.

Cremation was chosen by the family.

The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
