Hayden Couch

Hayden Couch, 72, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton.
He was born on October 19, 1941 in Manchester, Clay County, KY, the son of the late, Frank Couch Mary Ellen (Bishop) Couch. He was a former Restaurant Manager for Gaido's Seafood Restaurant in Galveston, TX., for 22 years. He was of the baptist faith.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by three daughters, Adrienne Supplee and Marla Bickers, both of Carrollton, KY, and Colleen Eula of Shelbyville, KY, two sisters, Reba Sharon of Worthville, KY, and Linda King of Madison, IN, a brother, Ricky Couch of Clarksville, IN, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Conley Couch, a sister, Rosemary Jones, and one great grandchild, Gabriel Baker.
A Gathering of Family and Friends was from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen by the family.
