Helen Elizabeth Terry, 87, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, October 11, 2013 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, KY. She was born on October 8, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York the daughter of the late Frederick W. Taylor and Elsie Kern Taylor. She was the former owner and operator of the Clifty Motel in Madison, IN. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Crowell of Carrollton and Linda Hill of Columbus, IN, a son, Buddy Rohrer of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Patricia Gabbard of Leesburg, FL, eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Nancy Helen Rohrer, a sister, Diane Schmalenberg, two brothers, Tom and Buddy Taylor. Funeral Services will be at Noon on Sunday October 13, 2013 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M.-Noon on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at the Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at the St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, IN.
