Henry "Dobber" Thompson, Jr., 49, of Milton, KY., died on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, IN.
Dobber as he was known was born in Kershaw, South Carolina to Henry, Sr. and Gladys Faile Thompson, who preceded him death. He was a foreman and welder for Pittsburgh Tank and Tower of Henderson, KY, a U.S. Marine Veteran and a member of the Boiler Makers Union.
His survivors include: his wife, Teresa Kay Kinman Thompson, two daughters, Lacey Driggers of St. Stephans, SC and Katrina P. Thompson of Milton, KY, three sisters, Peggy Melton of Jefferson, SC, Margaret Simpson of Jefferson, SC and Glenn Johnson of Lancaster, SC, a brother, Dennis C. Thompson of Antioch, SC, two grandchildren, Caroline Jesse Driggers and Hunter Wayne Driggers both of St. Stephans, SC.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a sister, Phyllis Bach and a brother, Ira Thompson.
Funeral Services were held on Friday, August 31, 2007 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Snelling offciating the service. Burial was in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, KY.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.

11:00 A.M. - Saturday - September 1, 2007 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
