Herman Kinder

Herman Kinder, 97, formerly of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY. Herman was born on April 27, 1925, to the late Anthony and Mytre Kinder of Pike County, KY. He served in the Army Air Corp from 1943-1946 in Europe during WW11. He worked as a sales representative for Belknap Hardware for over 25 years.

Herman is survived by his son, Herman Dana, and Rachel Kinder; granddaughters, April McConnell and Erin Cronin; great-grandchildren, Megan McConnell and Brittany McConnell; great-grandson, Oliver Cronin; and great-great-grandchildren, Isaac Moore and Lilah Herrington. Herman was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Herman was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Mary Frances.
