Hobert Nalth “Hobie” Humphrey III., 56, of Perry Park, KY, died on Wednesday, February 7, 2017 in Worthville, KY, from injuries sustained in a Automobile Accident.
He was born on February 19, 1961 in Chicago, Cook County, IL., the son of the late Hobert Humphrey, Jr. and Thelma Doyle Humphrey. He was a retired Iron Worker with the Local 70 Union in Louisville, KY. He was of the Baptist faith. Whenever he was able to, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and attending Poker Runs and Charitable Benefits.
He is survived by his son, Hobert Humphrey IV. Of Bardstown, KY, three daughters, Natasha Culver of Worthville, KY, Nicole Sullivan of Dixon, TN, and Evelyn Humphrey of Wortville, KY, two brothers, Joey and Michael Humphrey of Louisville, KY, two sisters, Cindy Humphrey of Louisville, KY, and Julie Cundiff of Florida, six grandchildren and one great grandchild, his companion, Alberta Holden of Perry Park, KY., and his former wife, Dorothy Humphrey of Worthville, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to "Christmas In August", which helps buy toys for children during Christmas, in care of the funeral home.
