Ida Katherine Perkins, 88, of Sanders, Carroll County, KY., died on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at her residence in Sanders, KY.
She was born on December 29, 1923 in Carsen, Gallatin County, KY., the daughter of the late Luther and Doshia Upton Barnhill. She was a retired factory worker and a member of the Whites Run Baptist Church.
She will be missed by her nephews, Darrell (wife Leisa) Barnhill of Ghent, KY., Richard (wife Linda) Johnson of Worthville, KY., a great niece, Angela (Husband Chad) Franklin of Easterday KY., a great nephew, Derrick Barnhill of Ghent, KY., a great great niece, Taylor Franklin of Easterday KY., and a great great nephew, Seth Franklin of Easterday, KY., her caregiver, Pam Fornash, and her special friends, Betty Hearn of Sanders, KY., and Janet Hardstead of Shelbyville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth Davis Perkins and one brother, John R. Barnhill.
Funeral Services were on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Dr. Chris White officiating the service Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
Visitation
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with Dr. Chris White officiating the service.
Interment
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
