Isaac Carmack, 94, of Vevay, IN, formerly of Sanders, KY, died on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, IN. He was born on July 24, 1920 the son of the late Jacob and Emeline Abner Carmack. He was a retired farmer. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He had served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Beach of Bennington, IN, and Vicki Harlow of Carrollton, KY, two sons, Ronnie Carmack of Worthville, KY, and Jerry Keith Carmack of Missouri, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great - great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Nancy Marie Couch Carmack, a son, Kash Carmack, a daughter, Christine Carmack Payton, a brother, Dick Carmack and six sisters, Bertha, Ella, Mary, Dolly, Sabra and Eunice. Funeral Services were on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Noon at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation was from 11:00 A.M. - Noon on Monday at the funeral home. Burial was in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
Military Honors were presented by the American Legion Post #41 of Carrollton.
